Leaving behind his family’s restaurant legacy, Etienne dived into the world of wine, sharpening his skills at the esteemed Domaine Gouffier in Burgundy. Fast forward to 2020, and he’s back on his family’s farm, crafting his debut vintage and making waves in the underground wine community!"

A clean and elegant example of Syrah. A beautifully balanced wine that is rich and concentrated with ripe cherries and blackberries, all complemented by spicy and floral notes.
