All claims against breakages must be made within 14 days of delivery.

If you change your mind, you can return items up to 14 days after purchase. Providing items are unopened and in the same condition they were received in, we will issue a refund for the cost of goods. Please note, the cost of shipping is not refundable in this instance.

Out of Condition / Faulty Wine

Unfortunately, wine faults can occur sporadically for a number of reasons. If you have a wine that is affected by cork taint, please contact us as soon as possible and send us photos of the cork and the label of the bottle.

If your wine is oxidised or has suffered from any kind of fault, please send us an email to info@nativevine.co.uk with details and photo's if relevant. We'll always try our best to fix the problem but we reserve the right to assess potentially out of condition wine on a case by case basis. If we can deduced that the bottle was faulty before purchase we will happily issue a replacement or refund. What is Biodynamic, Organic + Natural wine?

Biodynamic Farming

Biodynamic wine is made from grapes that are cultivated following Biodynamic farming practices. Biodynamic farming is like organic farming but with a much more in depth and holistic approach. Click here to learn more about this!

Organic Farming

All of our wines come from organic vineyards. Some of them are certified and others choose not to be. Some vineyards are so small that organic classification is too expensive. We make sure that every producer is practicing sustainable, health farming practices.

Natural Wine

Natural wine is a wine with low additives, fermented using wild yeasts and made from organically farmed grapes. You can learn more about natural wine on our blog.

Is your wine suitable for Vegans?

Some wines use additives or fining agents that contain animal products such as egg white, isinglass or bone when they are made. At Native Vine we source wines that don't contain these and are therefore suitable for vegans. To learn more about this process you can read our blog. If you have any doubt about a bottle you are interested in please get in touch here.

How do you source your wine?

Integrity

Our favourite wines come from small family producers who are creating something that is in harmony with nature, culture and tradition. Effectively, the only thing going into the wine other than grapes, is love. Wines with integrity, a natural personality and uniqueness that make them a joy to drink.

Sustainability

All of our wines are from sustainable vineyards. Nearly all are farmed organically, most are certified organic or biodynamic.

Drinkability

Drinking wine should be easy and enjoyable! We have a spectrum of wine that is exciting or unusual and many that you might consider uncomplicated. What’s important is that they taste delicious, it’s as simple as that.

Independent Importers

We love to work closely with small and passionate importers. Our connection with these teams ensures that we sell unique bottles that truly support the producers, importers and wine drinkers.
