A small Family Bodega with 13 hectares. Founded 1999 by Vicente García although the family had produced wine since 1808. Pago de Tharsys are widely recognized as one of the very top producers of Cava. In fact, owner Vicente Garcia, is considered “the Godfather of Valencian Cava”.
